Please upadate my credit profile on Transunion

Good Day,<br> <br> I have paid off my account in December already and sent a proof proof of payment to Finhoice already. I am surprised that till today my account is still showing as open on Transunion. Can you please urgently update that i have paid the account in full and close the account as i am trying to apply for a house but my credit profile show that i still have a Finchoice account as a matter of emergency please.
