Please help me with this Finchoice issues

Hi there hopefully this email find you well I have Problem again with Finchoice... I was having a policy with them sumtyms last year so around November I decided to close it....it was 03/11/2023 when they confirm the closing of that policy but unfortunately those people are still deducting for that policy till 2day I realized it late December that this policy is still deducting I called them and send them bank statement by January they promised me that they gna refund me come January months end they deduct again and February now it's 4 deduction that they have made after closing that policy now I'm having a problem because it's seems like no one is willing to resolve this issue I'm sending them email everyday no 1 is even bother to respond to the 1 of my email I'm taking this issue to you guy's to help me with this company Finchoice because now I feel like its froud what they doing to me please help me hellopeter to resolve this issue
