PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ON XDS. I AM NOT IN ARREARS
It's been 4 months since my account has been settled but still reflecting arrears and open on XDS. The banks have rejected my home loan application due to this nonsense of Finchoice not updating my profile. Why are you guys ruining our lives?
You assured me that my payments will be updated accordingly now this.
