payment not allocated
I had a loan with finchoice which was handed over to creditworx. I made a payment on 15 Feb 2019 via a debit order to creditworx which now has gone missing. The account has been sold to capitaldata. The 15 Feb payment was never allocated and I when I call them they referring me to one another. I need the balance to be reduced or refunded as my 15 Feb payment cannot just disappear into thin air!
