Payment allocated incorrect
I made payment on the 14th April an I send email for the last R550 o top of the R6200 paid previous day. I than took quick loan which first payment is suppose to be 20th May to my suprice when my R550 for long term loan cleared on their side it was allocated to the quick loan which must start deducting the 20th May. Poor service I cannot have debit order running on the 20th April for loan I settled on the 14th.Csn my query please be attended before 20th April.

18 Apr 2022, 15:24I recieved email stating my payment was allocated but it's still not updated. Payment is still updated on the Mobi money instead of the flexi loan for 12 months I was settling the 12 month loan noy the mobi. Money. I'm only suppose to start paying mobi money in May. Can my payment please be allocated to thebl flexi 12 months loans please
