paying one account from the scratch

i had two account that was handled by strauss darly attorneys for finchoice ,now finchoice is dealing with one account of me,as i did reverse when my dad passed away ,so now when i ask straus darly attorney the amount they stopped debiting they said it was on 3000 ,now i heard it is handed over to norlam attorneys,and this attorneys says the balance is 10900,which i started paying with strauss ,now my concern is must i start over the payment from 10000 ?no i dont agree with this i have asked norlam to get a proper balance from strauss or finchoice but if its 10000 i wont be able to pay it ,i want to finish this account but it seems to me i must keep starting over so i am waiting for finchoice to give norlam proper balance otherwise i dont pay ACCOUNT ***
