Pathetic service from FINCHOICE

Such terrible service overall from them. From their call center to the collections department, staff is rude and only want to tell you what they say and not equipped to think for themselves but to read the scripts and nothing more than a script. Been dealing with the same query for the past week and they giving the same answer even if you tell them I have been given that answer before more than once and it never materialized. Each division blames the other and promise to escalate but same story every day. They are unprofessional, Rude and blatant ***********. If you want peace of mind, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Eve today after being transferred to 3 different departments, Inquiries, then Collections and the Customer Service, no one can help but all say "I WILL ESCALATE TO BACK OFFICE"
