Pathetic Service From A Financial Provider

Absolutely putrid and unprofessional behavior from Finchoice. I am under debt review and they debited money from my account. I have been waiting 2 months now for my refund and I get nothing. I have tried emailing their info@finchoice mail even their debtreview@finchoice mail and i get no response. I have mailed all of my documentation through to them and still no response. I have tried calling to get through to their debt review team but no one answers. I have tried calling 29 times and waited for over 40 minutes. The lines just ring and ring. Its a pity im not in CPT, would love to take a drive over there and see what they upto. Listen to me and listen to me carefully..DO NOT USE FINCHOICE!! look at how many bad reviews they have. Take this as a warning. I have even left them a bad review on Google and still no one came back to me. its been 2 months!!!!
