Pathetic service!!!
What a pathetic service I am getting from Finchoice. I've calling since last year asking for my number to be changed. That number has been given away to someone already so I can't change on the website. I call in everyday, all agents escalate my requests, saying team leader will call me. YERRR, it's pathetic!!!!. I use my money to call them everyday. They don't give a damn!!!... I give up. I'm cancelling my policies with them
