Pathetic Service

If I could rate them less stars, I would. Absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting for a manager to call me for two days now. And no one seems to know what they are doing. Paid 80% of my loan off with still 10months left on the repayment date. Refused to change the installment amount, my installment is more than half of what I still owe. I paid 80% off so that the installment would be lower, this was mentioned to the consultant. And now I am told oh sorry the installment amount doesn't change. Well great. I'm R15 000 down and my installment is still sky high. Pathetic company, pathetic service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
