PATHETIC SERVICE
Disgusting service! Will never recommend them to anybody! So in December I opted for the payment break where I miss a payment in December and then continue in January. I received a SMS confirming it has gone thru.. since January I have been getting calls asking why am I in arrears. The more I explain, the more rude they become.. so fast forward to today, I ask if I can't pay a little extra towards the "arrears" amount with my normal payment and I'm told no. It's either double the amount or nothing! Are u kidding me? Here I'm trying in this time and you fools don't even want to meet me halfway .. PATHETIC !!!!
