Pathetic service

I had kwikadvance account with finchoice.They handed me over to NRB Risk Solutions Ref nr: ********** 9001.i paid the account off and this month i was suppose to do my last payment and according to NRB Finchoice had withdraw the account with them and i send several mails to finchoice to asked whats going on according to the account and they don't even try to respond but when they handed the account over the phone me 3 to 4 time a day and now they cant even answer a mail and explain why the account was with draw and i check on their mobi side and i own them KwikAdvance Current Balance: R31.39 .I just want them to respond to my mails i send.
