Pathetic Service

I have been waiting 3 days for feedbac****

I have been phoning and been cut off and been put on hold and then cut off again. When I phoned them yesterday late afternoon they said that they confirmed my employment and when I spoke to them this morning they said they still have to confirm employment. What is the actual problem here, no one is at all helpful and bear in mind they called me with regards to taking out a loan with them. This is pathetic service!

I was also told that I will receive sms’s regarding the progress but haven’t received sms’s and I have to phone them to get progress.
