Pathetic service...
Worst service ever...App**** for a loan on the 3 Jan 2025 followed the whole process and accepted Debicheck Mandate only for application to be stuck on Application Verification for 8days already. Numerous e-mails as well as whatsapp messages with responses that they will get back to me in 2days time, but nothing yet. Pathetic service, why not just approve or decline, and why do you have to accept a Mandate if there is no feedback.
