Pathetic Company
Please do not waste your time with this place, I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a loan, call centre is not very helpful, they seem to be calling me with feedback every day and not even one call back, I have spent over R100 on airtime alone calling this useless company to get a simple answer. They say you will get your money within 24hrs but I’m sure there is a big difference between 24hrs and 2 weeks. Quite pathetic if you ask me, I don’t understand how this place still exists with such poor service, please people, do not waste your time with these losers!!!
