Pathetic Client service

I have never received such bad service i submitted my query to ********** on the 12 of December and till today i have not received any assistance i have also made several calls to get assistance regarding the query i have but till today no one evens bothered to contact me on to top it all i have been debited twice for December which i queried yesterday and still have not received any response regarding that.
