PATHETIC AND POOR SERVICE

i am so highly disappointed with Finchoice customer service, the staff is unprofessional and full of lies . I paid my first instalment & sent them the proof of payment & the bank even verified the payment went though , to my surprise the consultant said it doesn’t appear , the other consultants said it’s appearing . i even went to the bank to check if the payment went through and they confirming again that it went through. and when i signed the agreement i agreed them to debit on the 28th , to my surprise they debited on the 26th , Finchoice is unprofessional just rather go to Capitec and other banks .
