Paid up loan but not cleared on the ITC

<p>Hi</p> <p>I paid up Finchoice in January and still they haven't cleared me with the ITC. When I settled the loan, I was told that they would foward me the settlement letter but even now I haven't received anything from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called them about 3 weeks back and I was told the very same thing, but to my surprise, I still haven't received anything. This is bad for my reputation as I have paid up my dues with Finchoice!!!!!!!!!</p>
