Paid-up letters

Hi please help me to get my paid-up letters from finchoice and homechoice I want to clear my name from debt review so I'm waiting for clearance certificate so they need those 2 paid-up letters. When I phone them they told me my account was paid under NRB but when I contact NRB also they told me my account has been sent back to finchoice so now I don't know what to do my life stucked now. I'm done paying all of them
