Paid up letter received
I received the paid up letter, thank you very much. However, l don’t appreciate that something so simple had to become a complaint before l could receive assistance. I’m not sure if it’s your processes that are not working or someone is just not bothered to do their job properly but either way it affects us the customers at the end of the day.
