Paid up letter

I have been trying to obtain my paid -up letters for more than a month, ive been sending emails calling and has been unsuccessful. After my previous post Hayley called me to give me a breakdown and mentioned that she will send me an email and till today I have not received any email. Super frustrated at this time!! please contact me asap as this the only way to get in touch with Finchoice Legal department. If I don't get any response I will have to report Finchoice to NCR and the onbudsman
