Paid up letter

I was dealing with Finchoice for few years, paying my account succesfully with no fail, than i made mistake going under debt review 2021, how ever 1 account was settle during debt review and still 1 active,, Feb I decided DC not working for me I can pay my accounts it use to be up to date. For pass 2 week am trying to get paid up letter and bank details so i can start paying again, and Finchoice keep refering me to useless Capital data where I get no assistance for what I need they rather send be account for capfin thatwas remove from credit, it almost pay week and still no bank detaisl do they want the money I owe them or can i start living happy stress free from them . I dont understand why account with capital Data if i was under debt review it was not like i don't pay them payment was made every month. Finchoice don't update payment history so it still looks like am owing them R60 000 and its actually R30000. I need paid up letter on ref ***
