Paid up account still showing as arrears
I have paid my last payment on the 24th August but the account is still in arrears. This company is very unprofessional, I want my paid up letter by the end of today or else I am taking this up with the ombudsmen as I find it very strange that the other 2 payments went through successfully but url having a problem with the last payment.
