Overcharged
I have a loan account with finchoice and got retrenched,sent them my retrenchment letter but they kept harassing me to pay until they handed me over to CWX. I got the job, arranged with CWX the payment. Recently they sent me a statement showing my balance but when I call them to try and settle the account, boom the balance is now up with R500 just in 5 days of receiving my statement. Total *******
