on my credit profile listed as default when made arrangements and paying monthly

I was listed yesterday by fin choice as default while i made arrangements with nimble group and paid also I was paying them R500 a month and i was shocked why I'm being hand over. So can this be removed under my name or i will stop paying and rather wait for the debt to prescribe because don't know why their system is not aligned. poor customer service and no one seems to know nothing when needing help from them. on the 7th I paid R1000. I NEED RESPONSE URGENTLY

14 Oct 2022, 10:35I called nimble group, and they say they don't understand why FINCHOICE LISTED ME AS THEY HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM ME SO they need to take me off as default. I will rather not pay and let me be listed and the debt will be prescribed. I know my rights
