Not Refunded on overpayments
I overpaid my loan account by R2479 with finchoice and they are all being reflected on my statement but finchoice is telling me so different stories when it comes to my refund. It is either my balance is zero, your query has been resolved, need proof of payment while money is with them. I just give up.
