Not happy

I am writing this review, being fed up now with finchoice, if there is anyone who can give me advice I can use against finchoice please help out,last year in December I entered debt review and finchoice was made aware about it,they debited my account in December and I asked why are they deducting money whereas I am under debt review and they told me stories ,I let it go thinking January will be different, they again deducted money from my account, now they are telling debt busters that I should go to bank and dispute the deduction knowing very well its impossible to dispute their debit orders..I will also try calling ncr and seek for their advice if this doesn't bring back my money
