Not complying to arragements.

I receive sms's that my query is resolved several times but never receive feedback. Every time I phone the Call Center, the agents informs me that the lady by name of Marisa who is working on my profile will give me a call. This info was given by my for 4 days in a row. Till now nobody has contacted me in regards to my query. Even when I send an email to Finchoice I don't get any feedback or response. Now I'm wondering why advertise and be so helpful with applications but when the need is there no one at Finchoice cab assist you. Please put some effort in keeping good customer relationships.
