Not attending to Query

I put a quest on hello peter on 21 September regarding Fimchoice the same day a lady by the name of Raheema Boomgaart ( ********** contacted me. The following day 22/09 I emailed her, she said nothing back, I emailed her again on 2/10 not once did she even acknowledge she received my email or that she is attending to my query. FINCHOICE **** to transununion and Experian saying I have 2 accounts when I don't. You are damaging my credit profile, R20, 000 is alot of money. This should be fixed immidiately.
