None payment funeral cover

I have been paying my funeral policy at finchoice hoping in unforseen circumstance should anything happen they will help me burry my parents, I lost my father last week Sunday I made a call to finchoice to find out what documents do they need and the lady was very rude I couldn't believe, on my mind I thought maybe shez having a bad day situation passed then I went to my burial on Monday they said I will get the papers of your father on Thursday because Tuesday it was a holiday they wont be able to get papers on time but I kept on calling at vuyo funerals then decided to go on Wednesday to check if they haven't got all documents ,the lady checked and got the papers ..then I submitted my documents same day on Wednesday no communication was sent to me that day, they have received and on the very same week on weekend I was burying my father and I didn't have any money to do all the arrangements .I wouldn't recommend finchoice funeral cover for anyone because black customers are suffering more on this policies ...I had to borrow money from extended family and friends to help me burry my father with respect but no ......no food no transportation like nothing m still hurt I'm restless. When they sell this products for us first month debit order dates goes through with no any reversal, comes funeral day you can't call funeral department I feel they don't care about black customers the only thing they care for is our money and selling this nonsense policies
