Non-existent debt review department

My client has app**** for debt review 2 months ago,Ive sent documents via email and made countless calls to your so called debt review department with no responses non whatsoever! Im starting to feel like its deliberate that you don't entertain debt review matters because your usual line,where people call to take up debt is answered in less than a minute. I'm going to report this to the NCR and all other relevant bodies
