Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Funeral Cover Deductions - Action Taken

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Finchoice, specifically regarding unauthorized deductions for funeral cover.

Despite clearly communicating my disapproval to one of your representatives and declining the approval request through the app, I continue to face monthly debits for a funeral cover that I did not authorize. This situation has not only forced me to regularly reverse transactions but has also led me to take the drastic step of blocking these unauthorized deductions through my bank.

This ongoing issue is not only a severe inconvenience but is also negatively impacting my credit score. I am deeply disappointed with Finchoice’s inability to address and resolve this matter promptly.

I strongly urge Finchoice to investigate and rectify this situation immediately to prevent further damage to my financial stability.
