No sense of urgency
Not the best people to go to when you need money urgently. You get left in a loop. No clear information. They tell you 24 hours, and leave you in limbo with no communication. The bank mandated never come in. It's just not a reliable option. As for their call center staff, they are quite friendly. Either than that, go to someone else if it's an urgent situation.
