NO RESPOND AFTER A WEEK OF SENDING DOCUMENTS
They say "Allow 24 hours" for them to process your application but you will wait for over a week with no communication whatsoever!
I don't think they understand that people apply for loans because they are in a crisis, no one wants to wait for more than a week for a loan that's ridiculous!!!!
