<p>On 7 Sep 2016 I requested a current statement of my account from them by phone. I was told to e-mail my request wich I did. On 14 Sep 2016 i received a e-mail from them with completly a other persons detail and info. The same day I send them a e-mail and phoned them about this mistake. To date I had no reply. I want to settle this account but its not easy when there is no action from them</p>
