No feedback,no response,ZERO client care
Its been 10days since ive been waiting to know whether or not the R8000 mobi money that was approved on 02/01/2019 will be made available to me or not. Ive sent my documents 4times via email and whatsapp. 5days later whatsapp team confirmed that they received my docs and are processing.
2days after that, NO FEEDBACK.
YOUR AUTOMATED RESPONSE HERE IS ANNOYING BECAUSE YOU DONT ACTUALLY PUT MONEY WHERE YOUR RESPINSE IS. YOU DO NOTHING ABOUT THESE COMPLAINTS & I KNOW BECAUSE THIS IS LITERALLY MY 4TH HELLOPETER COMPLAINT AND ALL I EVER GOT FROM U IS SAME AUTOMATED MESSAGE YOU ARE GOING TO RESPOND WITH BELOW..WATCH!!!
LET ME KNOW WASSUP SO I CAN MOVE ON ALREADY!!!
