Good day
I have submitted my docs last Monday, I have received confirmation that documents were received, it is now 7 days later and still no word on my application, I was told that my application has been approved and will reflect on my MobiMoney account for withdrawl within 24 hours, that was Tuesday last week.
I tried calling you call centre but I am on hold for 40 minutes, when I do eventually get through, the consultant says “oh sorry my system is off line, I will transfer you” back to holding for another 40 minutes.
Please can someone tell me – WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY MOBI MONEY AND WHEN CAN I WITHDRAW IT???
