No Feedback almost a week of waiting
I received a call from finchoice for a loan ,I was advised il be contacted in 24hours after docs have been submitted sent through everything and recieved message saying I will be contacted in 24 hours but nothing ,it's been 3-4 days now nd no feedback no response , honestly bad service atleast stick to the 24hours of letting a person know what is happening.

10 May 2021, 12:32Hi any feedback yet? as I said before I don't even know what is happening I literally use all my airtime and nobody gets back to me I've sent all documents and was told someone will call me in 24hours yet it's been a week and nothing still
