No feedback

Personally I've never had a problem with finchoice, but as of lately I've not been happy with their services, I app**** for a loan on Tuesday till today I have not received any feedback, I don't know if I'm wait for a train by the ocean or what the cause may be, this is the only platform they seem to respond to on time, since with their lines one has to hold a lifetime. I'm not complaining I just need a response waiting for nothing is hard in this tough situations we find ourselves in, and it's not right to say one thing and do the other.
