I made an application for a personal loan, approved the debit order mandate then it was quiet for 2 weeks without any response. After numerous emails and calls to their call centre i was called back with a different loan offer which i also approved the debit order mandate but still no feedback 3 weeks later. My worry is the debit order mandates that appear on my bank account and im nearing my payday. Frustrated and angry is an understatement
