Never borrow from Finchoice!!! Poor service!!

I am not happy with the service that I am receiving from Finchoice, I am a commission earner so I cannot afford to pay my full instalment hence I contacted the collections department yesterday on the 18/01/20122 to do an arrangement as I will not afford to pay my full instalment next week and I was assisted by Sihle her superior is Fhaimetga and she advised me that Finchoice will not be able to assist me with an arrangement to pay lesser or what I can afford currently, the full instalment has already been set to debit and should I do an arrangement a full instalment plus an arrangement amount will deduct from my account. I am never doing a loan with Finchoice ever again!! and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them as they lack empathy for their clients, their system is much more important than their client's need. I sent an email to *** and I only received an automated response. I am planning to report my case to Ombudsman should the full instalment be debited from my account. I am planning to close my Homechoice account as well.
