Never again. Stay away from these people.

Horrible isn't even a sufficient description. When you apply they drip with kindness and probably sweat from how fast they get back to you but don't you dare have a problem that they created then they disappear like mist before the sun. Shocking to say the least, they sent out smses(in error) that they couldn't debit from my account and then proceeded with supplying an easy pay number to make a payment to. I did as instructed only to have them debit the payment not once but TWICE. Consultants are quick(when you eventually get hold of them) to say that refund will reflect within 3-5 days(which has passed already). Still waiting, I won't be holding my breath. Keep that money since you guys are so hard up for it. I absolutely cannot wait to be done with this loan. Never ever again will I make use of their services. I would rather starve and go without.
