Needed help with my password change since OTP goes to the number I lost and I dont have

No help prided been waiting since 18/08/2026 for someone to assist me to change my password .nothing customer care they will tell you they are escalating the metter ,emails they will tell you call customer care.am even tired of calling cos its worthless and frustrating .Who waits for 2 weeks or more just for help with Password and OTP?🤨
