Nandi is terrible at customer service

Nandi is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in any customer service ever. She refused to put me through to a supervisor and the information she gave me completely contradicted to the correspondence I received. She laughed when I asked for a supervisor or a superior and when I asked for the customer service survey she hung up in my ear. She also refused to give me her name and surname. Get better staff.
