MY MATTER IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER TWO MONTHS

Here I am again two months later and still no help. I had two accounts with finchoice which were handed over to debt collectors. I was unable to make payments because I was unemployed. In June 2023 I finally paid up both accounts because my credit record is bad due to these accounts. After a month I checked my credit, and the accounts are still reflecting in arrears. I complained here on hello peter, and I recall someone calling me and telling me that they will assist. They even **** when they rep**** to my complaint saying that the matter has been resolved. we are now going into a new month August 2023 and the matter is still not resolved. I am surprised why is it so difficult for them to update now but could do so when I was not paying them. Why does this have to take a year for them to remove my name? I have been patient long enough I am now taking this matter to the ombudsman and further because I cannot buy anything while your stupid account reflecting in arrears while I have paid you over 20k months back.
