My Experience with Finchoice and Saya Recoveries

I have an Account with Fin choice i had been owing them about R1589,59, due to financial Problems i couldn't even settle the balance, we made arrangements and i even failed to honor the arrangements, Earlier this year 2020 it was handed over to a certain Attorney which i paid from February 2020 with an Amount of R250.00 a Month until May when i was advised Saya Recoveries is taking over my file with the handed over amount of R1 539.83, while the handed over from the previous collectors was R2100.00 or so, I Paid R250x4 which is R1000.00 without skipping a month which Means the Balance should be lower than R1100.00, I asked Saya Recoveries to send me a statement those people added Telecommunications fees of which we never communicated except the day i called the previous collectors to request a statement and they advised me my file was moved to saya then i called them to find out what is really going on and why is my file moved from one collector to another while i have been paying so well, there is still no answers to how i accumulated Telecommunications fees when i only received one email from saya, 1 Email is R23.00 x6 is more than R100.00 for one email ? what is fin choice playing at here because i will end up paying more than R3000.00 on the account which is being moved from one collectors to another, My advise is if you have a small balance pay it up to avoid what fin choice and their attorneys friends are doing taking advantage of the situation for their gain.
