The reviews I read here makes me wonder. I'm also paying this company true debt collectors. I started not to trust them after they handed me over to debit collectors when I lost my work and couldn't pay the loan I took from them. The time I signed for the loan, I was told the loan is insured incase I loose job. I send them a termination letter and they told me I'm only covered if I'm retrenched. What is the difference when the contract is terminated and I can't pay, due the lost of income. When I wrote a review to here they didn't answer me here on the platform, they send on the privately because they know what they told me is not correct. I'm still busy trying to get help from NCR.
