Good day,
I have badly treated by this organisation, firstly they dropped the phone while I was talking to them. I later resorted on emailing them as from the 21/2/2019 till today no response.
They have wrongly updated my credit report with TransUnion and I have sent them my account statement that prove my account was paid in accordance, but till today my credit record still state that I have 30 days arrears for Oct 2018
