Most pathetic service 🙅

Most pathetic service ever. I opened a loan with Finchoice a week ago. I'm not blacklisted nor have poor credit history. However I just wanted to apply because it seemed convenient and since I've been a client of homechoice I thought they might be quick and efficient as them.

I sent all my required documents on Thursday last week and called. Ever since I've been calling and emailing them till today. Their call centre agents are rude and just drop your call when you ask them questions. Their service is simply pathetic. It's been a week and a day but no response from them . The only thing they do is to bombard my phone with their silly promotions.

You should stop doing business as you clearly have no client etiquette Finchoice.
