Monster spam bot from hell

I have no memory of EVER opting in for marketing content from this company, and I get spam from them just about every day. I have lost count of the number of times I have unsubscribed, but it just keeps on coming. I have even tried to call their offices, but when I ask to speak to whoever handles their digital marketing, I get cut off.
